Each piece we create is packed with care and intention. 

As many of our items are personalised or made to order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selections (including names, dates, or custom details)
  • General wear and tear over time

Please take a moment to carefully review your order before completing your purchase. We want you to love what you receive!

Damaged or Lost Items

If your item arrives damaged or there’s a fault, please contact us with a photo and we'll work to make it right. 

If your item does not arrive at all, please let us know, but follow the process to submit a claim directly with Australia Post.
