How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Custom engraved pieces may take slightly longer, as each item is made to order.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Australia only.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Personalisation
Can I personalise my rosary or necklace?
Yes — our pieces can be engraved with a name, date, or short inscription to make them uniquely yours.
Can I request a saint that’s not currently offered?
We offer a selection of devotional saints, each thoughtfully illustrated for this collection. If there’s a saint you’re looking for that you don’t see, feel free to reach out—we’re always open to hearing what would be meaningful to you, and we may be able to accommodate or consider it for future releases.
Can I preview my engraving before ordering?
At this time, previews are not available, but each piece is carefully engraved according to your exact submission.
Can I change my engraving after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been processed, we can try our best to accommodate. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns & Support
Do you accept returns?
If your item arrives damaged or there’s a fault, please contact us and we’ll take care of it. Because many of our pieces are personalised, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind. Personalised items are final sale unless there is a defect.
What if my item arrives damaged?
